Selects the amount of time that carrier
is transmitted prior to a DTMF
digit(s) being transmitted. This allows the receiving phone system to
stabilize prior to receiving DTMF data. This selection applies for the
current DTMF Timings (record
/ row). 
DTMF Timings are then selected for use from the DTMF
Timing Select fields. Time is in milliseconds (ms).
